Service Description
Professional sports media-day photography for high schools, colleges, teams, athletic departments and sports organizations. Media-day coverage is priced per team and customized according to the number of athletes, available time, desired poses, background, lighting setup, team schedule and final deliverables. Sports media-day services start at $350 per team. A standard setup can photograph approximately 15 athletes when each athlete receives three to four poses. Larger rosters, additional setups or extended creative requirements may require more time and additional pricing. Services may include: • Individual athlete portraits • Three to four poses per athlete • Team and group photographs when requested • Professional lighting and background setup • Creative or traditional portrait styles • Carefully selected and edited final images • High-resolution and web-ready files • Online gallery or organized team delivery • Social-media and promotional content as defined in the proposal Standard turnaround is approximately one week unless otherwise stated. Final image count depends on the number of athletes, approved poses, team schedule, setup and production conditions. Travel, facility fees, permits, custom backgrounds, banners, props, assistants and additional production expenses may be quoted separately. Usage for the school, college, team or organization is included as stated in the proposal. Broader commercial or third-party usage may require additional licensing. Submitting a booking request does not reserve a date. A project is officially booked only after availability is confirmed in writing, the separate service contract is signed and the 20% booking retainer is received.
Cancellation Policy
Submitting an online booking request does not reserve or confirm a project date. All requests are reviewed for availability, location, scope, travel, staffing and project requirements. A project is officially booked only after Brenden Willsch Creative LLC confirms availability in writing, the separate service contract is signed and the 20% booking retainer is received. Clients may be required to provide valid payment-card information when submitting an online booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time and failures to appear may be charged an additional fee of up to 20% of the selected service price. The 20% booking retainer and the cancellation or no-show fee serve separate purposes. The booking retainer compensates Brenden Willsch Creative LLC for reserving the project date and beginning administrative or pre-production work. The additional cancellation or no-show fee compensates the company for losses associated with a late cancellation or failure to appear. Unless the signed service contract states otherwise, the cancellation or no-show fee is charged in addition to the retained booking retainer and is not credited against it. Approved rescheduling requests may transfer the booking retainer to a new mutually available date within 30 days, subject to availability and the signed service contract. Weather-related changes will be handled according to project conditions and the service contract. All cancellations, rescheduling requests, payment obligations and fees remain subject to the signed service contract. If this summary conflicts with the signed contract, the signed contract controls.
