Service Description
Coordinated photography and videography for events, businesses, brands, sports, organizations, campaigns and other projects requiring both still images and video content. Each project is customized according to the production schedule, location, coverage requirements, intended usage, crew size, editing needs and final deliverables. Combined coverage may be completed by Brenden Willsch with a coordinated team of approved photographers, videographers or production assistants when required. Combined photo and video services are custom quoted. Pricing depends on the photography and video scope, coverage duration, crew requirements, equipment, post-production, licensing and delivery schedule. Services may include: • Pre-production planning and scheduling • Professional photography coverage • Professional video recording • One or multiple cameras when required • Professional audio and lighting when applicable • Carefully selected and edited final photographs • Video editing, color correction and audio finishing when included • High-resolution, web-ready and social-media deliverables • Online photo gallery and secure video delivery • Additional crew members when required and approved Standard turnaround is approximately one week unless otherwise stated. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Final image count, video length, number of deliverables, revisions and file formats depend on the approved project scope. Photography RAW files and unedited images are not included. Video RAW footage is not provided unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Travel, staffing, equipment rental, licensed media, commercial usage and other production expenses may be charged separately. Submitting a booking request does not reserve a date. A project is officially booked only after availability is confirmed in writing, the separate service contract is signed and the 20% booking retainer is received.
Cancellation Policy
Submitting an online booking request does not reserve or confirm a project date. All requests are reviewed for availability, location, scope, travel, staffing and project requirements. A project is officially booked only after Brenden Willsch Creative LLC confirms availability in writing, the separate service contract is signed and the 20% booking retainer is received. Clients may be required to provide valid payment-card information when submitting an online booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time and failures to appear may be charged an additional fee of up to 20% of the selected service price. The 20% booking retainer and the cancellation or no-show fee serve separate purposes. The booking retainer compensates Brenden Willsch Creative LLC for reserving the project date and beginning administrative or pre-production work. The additional cancellation or no-show fee compensates the company for losses associated with a late cancellation or failure to appear. Unless the signed service contract states otherwise, the cancellation or no-show fee is charged in addition to the retained booking retainer and is not credited against it. Approved rescheduling requests may transfer the booking retainer to a new mutually available date within 30 days, subject to availability and the signed service contract. Weather-related changes will be handled according to project conditions and the service contract. All cancellations, rescheduling requests, payment obligations and fees remain subject to the signed service contract. If this summary conflicts with the signed contract, the signed contract controls.
